All the prerequisites for the completion of the second convertible bond under the convertible bond subscription agreement have been reached, thus the second convertible bond has been implemented on July 19th, 2024 in accordance with its terms and conditions. Convertible bonds with a total principal amount of 60 million yuan have been issued to subscribers.
