Our business is mainly carried out through our wholly-owned subsidiaries: Sing Tec Development Pte Ltd, Sing Tec Construction Pte Ltd and Initial Resources Pte Ltd. Our construction services mainly include the following: 1. Civil engineering, including road works, earthworks, drainage works, ERSS works and soil improvement works; 2. Construction works are mainly used in industrial buildings, including substructure works, piling works, additions and remodeling works, and electrical and mechanical engineering; and 3.
