We were founded in 2003. Previously, we were mainly engaged in providing comprehensive private basic education in China, including elementary, middle and high schools, and providing supporting services to students. Due to the promulgation of the “Regulations on the Implementation of the People's Republic of China (“China”) Private Education Promotion Law, which came into effect on September 1, 2021, the business of providing comprehensive private basic education in China was terminated by the Group on August 31, 2021, and we will no longer operate private schools providing compulsory education from September 1, 2021. We are mainly engaged in school-related supply chain business in China and provide comprehensive education services to elementary school, middle school and high school students and other customers. We aim to provide students with quality educational services as an important complement to the educational curriculum services provided by schools to promote the all-round development of students.
