Rong Zhi Holdings Limited is a subcontractor engaged in foundation and site preparation works in Hong Kong, China. Our foundation and ground leveling works refer to the construction projects we undertake. The nature is broadly divided into pile cap works, excavation and lateral support works, and ground leveling projects. By having sufficient machinery, we can rent a number of machines (mainly excavators) to our customers to expand our revenue stream. The Group's milestones The main events in the Group's development are set out in chronological order as follows: In 2001, Lisheng Engineering Company, which is wholly owned by Mr. Li Zhuojin, began its business, mainly engaged in small-scale construction project subcontracting services and machinery leasing for construction works in Xiang 2007 Lisheng Engineering Co., Ltd. (“Lisheng Engineering”) was incorporated in Hong Kong, China on October 11, 2007 to commence its foundation engineering business In 2008, Lisheng Engineering's business expanded to site leveling projects In 2010, Lisheng Engineering became a registered subcontractor under the Construction Industry Council Subcontractor Registration System for the first time 2012 Lisheng Construction Co., Ltd. (“Lisheng Construction”) was incorporated in Hong Kong, China on June 26, 2012 In 2012, Lisheng Engineering received the “Public Site Award” from the Development Bureau and the Construction Industry Council In 2012, Lisheng Engineering was awarded the “Best Safety Subcontractor” by China Construction Engineering (Hong Kong) Limited In 2014, Lisheng Construction became a registered subcontractor under the Construction Industry Council Subcontractor Registration System for the first time Lisheng Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. was incorporated in Hong Kong, China on September 19, 2014 In 2017, Lisheng Engineering obtained ISO 14001:2015 certification In 2017, Lisheng Engineering was certified by ISO 9001:2015 In 2017, Lisheng Project was certified by OHSAS 18001:2007 Our foundation and site leveling work: Our foundation work mainly includes excavation and side support work and pile cap work. At the same time, we carry out site leveling work, mainly to establish an appropriate construction site for subsequent foundation and superstructure works to be carried out at the construction site. We undertake foundation and site leveling projects from public sector projects (including projects where the final employers are government departments and statutory bodies) and private sector projects (where the final employers are property developers and land owners).
