Starting from the two major needs of asset preservation and the lives of owners, we provide owners with a full range of community living services around the owners' family growth cycle, real estate value cycle, and mature community development cycle, and integrate community commercial resources, and strive to let owners experience the beauty of property services. Our value-added community services have gradually formed six major businesses: (i) home delivery services; (ii) home improvement services; (iii) community media services; (iv) local lifestyle services; (v) real estate brokerage services; and (vi) park space services. “Three for one industry” business - We established a joint venture in 2018 and began entering the field of separation and handover reform of property management and heating in the “three supplies one industry”. The “Urban Symbiosis Plan” is an urban service product based on the Group's development and more than 30 years of Xincheng service experience, adhering to the core concept of “service to make the city better”, driven by market demand and core technology, using ecological partners and resource platforms as a shared foundation, aiming to optimize the balance between economic benefits, social benefits, and environmental benefits, taking into account the balance between the comprehensive benefits and long-term benefits of urban governance public services, and combined with the resource advantages of the entire industry chain.
