About NEW RAY MEDIC Company

We are a pharmaceutical distributor originally founded in Zhejiang Province and already has a sizable pharmaceutical distributor headquartered in Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province. We are mainly engaged in pharmaceutical distribution business in China (with a focus on Zhejiang Province). We mainly act as a provincial distributor, and are also a national distributor of some of our products. We began our pharmaceutical distribution business from the stage of obtaining distribution rights for products from suppliers, market research and development of new products, assistance and cooperation with our suppliers in centralized bidding, purchase, procurement, sales and marketing, storage and delivery of products to our distributor customers. Most of our products will instead be distributed by our distributor customers on exclusive regional terms to end customers of hospitals and medical institutions mainly throughout China. All pharmaceutical products distributed by the Group are generic pharmaceutical products. To consolidate our position and become one of the leading distributors of pharmaceutical products in Zhejiang Province, we plan to implement the following business goals and strategies: continue to expand through the acquisition of new exclusive distribution rights; and Continuing to strengthen and expand our market share, distribution network and marketing efforts.
