The Group operates two terminals - Tianyuan Wharf and Zhengyuan Wharf, which have been approved for public terminals and bulk cargo use only. Both terminals are located in the Shuidonggang area of Maoming Port (Maoming City in southwestern Guangdong Province, China). Our main services include: Cargo handling services. Our terminals are flexible and can handle a wide range of unboxed goods. During the track record period, we mainly handled bulk goods such as coal, quartz sand, oil products, grain, asphalt and kaolin, as well as a small number of bulk goods and bulk goods; and Related supporting value-added port services mainly include storage services for fuel tanks and granaries and forklift leasing. In 2015, 2016 and 2017, our total throughput (including domestic and foreign trade) was approximately 3,969 thousand tons, 4,202 thousand tons and 4,391 thousand tons respectively. In 2016, our throughput accounted for about 0.2% of Guangdong's total cargo throughput, while our revenue accounted for about 0.1% of the revenue of the Guangdong port and terminal service industry. We have been granted the right to use the total area of about 9.6 hectares located in Maoming Port. According to the Ipsos report, Maoming Port recorded a throughput of 24.3 million tons in 2017, making it the tenth largest port in Guangdong Province in terms of that year's throughput. Maoming Port is the gateway to southwestern China and Southeast Asian countries. It was known as Shuidong Port until 1998, and was approved as one of the ports open to foreign ships, cargo and foreigners as early as June 1993. It currently consists of three port areas, namely: (i) the Shuidong Port Area (the original commercial port area); (ii) the Boga Port Area (which includes the Boga Fishing Port Area and the Baga New Port Area); and (iii) the Jeddah Port Area (a planning project for further development of the area around Boka New Port). Our docks are fully equipped and include all kinds of machinery such as shore gantry cranes, forklifts, loaders, forklifts, grabs, gantry cranes, and utility trucks, all operated by qualified technicians. We also have oil tanks and granaries that provide related value-added port services. Our Tianyuan Wharf was completed and put into operation in April 2010. Its throughput in 2015, 2016 and 2017 was about 2,449 thousand tons, 2,592 thousand tons and 2,651 thousand tons respectively, of which foreign trade was about 372 thousand tons, 188 thousand tons and 431 thousand tons respectively. Tianyuan Wharf currently has two berths with maximum berthing capacity of 30,000 DWT and 5,000 DWT respectively. It is the only public pier in Maoming Port that has this large berthing capacity of 30,000 DWT. Both berths have been allowed to handle foreign trade since January 2011. Our Zhengyuan Terminal was completed and put into operation in March 2011. Its throughput in 2015, 2016 and 2017 was about 1,520 thousand tons, 1,610 thousand tons and 1,740 thousand tons respectively, all related to domestic trade. It currently has a berth with a capacity of 10,000 DWT.
