In 2019, we developed graphite deep processing capabilities and acquired Heilongjiang Mudanjiang Nongkenao Graphene Deep Processing Co., Ltd. as a subsidiary. The subsidiary produces and develops graphite and graphene-related products and technologies. With 25 patents and utility models covering innovative technologies, and close proximity to one of China's richest graphite mines, we focus on providing the necessary materials for the latest renewable energy products in Asia and the growing global market. In particular, our high-quality graphite and graphene are one of the main components of lithium-ion batteries, and the energy storage of lithium-ion batteries for electric vehicles and high-efficiency solar panels continues to grow. Global demand for graphene is growing exponentially, and our graphene business is expected to drive our growth over the next few years. Our R&D team will work to explore the potential value of utilizing graphene's superior properties — particularly electrical and thermal conductivity — in a wide range of applications. The globalization of the industry has driven our strategic business development plans. While expanding our products and technology globally, we are also committed to enhancing our role as a local resource in the global supply chain within China. Additionally, we will continue to explore opportunities to acquire vertically integrated complementary businesses. The natural evolution of our business has guided our current corporate rebranding process. The transition of our name from Pan Asia Environmental International Holdings Co., Ltd. to Enshi Electric Vehicle New Materials Holdings Co., Ltd., which includes Heilongjiang Acene New Material Technology Co., Ltd., which focuses on graphene, Heilongjiang Mudanjiang Nongken Ao Graphene Deep Processing Co., Ltd., and Pan Asia International, which focuses on ecological design, reflects the company's focus on exploration, innovation, and implementation of the highest quality graphene-related products and innovations, while continuing to promote the development of sustainable innovation in the public and private spaces around us.
