Kangda International Environmental Protection Co., Ltd. is a leading private company that invests in and operates sewage treatment facilities in China. It mainly provides customers with customized and integrated sewage treatment solutions and services using BOT and TOT models through service franchise arrangements. According to Frost & Sullivan's data, as of 2013/12/31, we had the largest total daily sewage treatment capacity in operation among private sewage investment and operation service providers in China; in terms of daily treatment volume during operation, we accounted for about 1.0% of the urban sewage treatment market in China. As one of the first private enterprises in China's sewage treatment industry, we have over 18 years of experience in successfully implementing sewage treatment projects for clients (mainly the city, district or county governments of China or their designated agencies). We established our first sewage treatment project using the BOT project model in 2003. As of 2014/6/13, we have constructed and operated 48 sewage treatment projects under the service franchise arrangement, including 33 BOT projects and 15 TOT projects, covering 27 cities in 9 provinces and municipalities directly under the Central Government of China. The total daily sewage treatment capacity of the projects in operation is 1,460,000 tons.
