The lessee (Meiling Environmental Technology (Zibo) Co., Ltd., an indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary of the company) entered into a financial leasing agreement with the lessor (Guangdong Lvjin Financial Leasing Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Hing Yip Holdings) on this day, the lessor agreed (including) to purchase the ownership of the assets from the lessee for 50 million yuan in RMB, and lease back the assets to the lessee for their use and possession, with a term of 72 months (starting from the date of the aforementioned payment of consideration). In the first half of the year, Kangda Environ (06136.HK) achieved a net profit of over 0.1 billion yuan, a significant year-on-year increase of 32.8%.
