The company was founded in 1996 and listed in Hong Kong and Shenzhen in 2015 and 2018. It is the first A-share listed bank in Henan Province and the first A+H listed commercial bank in China. In April 2022, it was determined by the Henan Provincial Committee and Provincial Government as the main bank for policy science and innovation finance in Henan Province. The company's main business mainly includes corporate banking, retail banking and capital business.
