About BANK OF GUIZHOU Company

The Bank of Guizhou was officially established on October 11, 2012. It is headquartered in Guiyang City, Guizhou Province. It is a local legal financial institution established by merger and restructuring of Zunyi Commercial Bank, Anshun Commercial Bank, and Liupanshui Commercial Bank. Bank of Guizhou was listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on December 30, 2019, under the stock code 6199.HK. By the end of the reporting period, the bank had 5,487 regular employees and a total of 223 business outlets. The Bank of Guizhou has always adhered to the “careful banking” service concept, strongly supported Guizhou's economic and social development, established business fields covering corporate banking, retail banking, small and micro finance, financial markets, and asset management. Various businesses are developing rapidly. Branches are spread across 88 counties (districts and cities) in Guizhou Province. Service channels such as e-banking, mobile banking, WeChat banking, online banking, and telephone banking have been continuously improved, and the customer base continues to expand. The Bank of Guizhou adheres to steady and prudent management and has established a comprehensive risk management system that matches business development. It ranked 252nd in the “2024 Global Top 1000 Banks List” published by the British “Banker” magazine, and ranked 46th in the “2024 China Banking Industry Top 100 List” published by the China Banking Association. The Bank of Guizhou has continuously strengthened the construction of a “two locations and three centers” production disaster recovery system. The Jinyang Data Center and Gui'an Unicom IDC data room are double active centers in the same city, and the Zunyi Disaster Recovery Center as an offsite data-level disaster recovery center have jointly formed a “two places and three centers” architecture to enhance the availability and stability of the entire information system, and achieve historic breakthroughs in business continuity technical support and support capabilities. The Bank of Guizhou continues to strengthen the application of new technologies such as cloud computing, artificial intelligence, big data, and biometric identification. It is the first bank in China to deploy all major transaction systems based on private clouds. It is also the first bank in China to use distributed deployment of major transaction system applications and databases at the same time. Its business continuity guarantee capacity and high concurrency carrying capacity have been greatly improved.
