The Bank of Guizhou was officially established on October 11, 2012. It is headquartered in Guiyang City, Guizhou Province. It is a local legal financial institution established by merger and restructuring of Zunyi Commercial Bank, Anshun Commercial Bank, and Liupanshui Commercial Bank. Bank of Guizhou was listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on December 30, 2019, under the stock code 6199.HK. By the end of the reporting period, the bank had 5,523 regular employees and a total of 222 business outlets. The Bank of Guizhou has always adhered to the “careful banking” service concept, strongly supported Guizhou's economic and social development, established business fields covering corporate banking, retail banking, small and micro finance, financial markets, and asset management. Various businesses are developing rapidly. Branches are spread across 88 counties (districts and cities) in Guizhou Province.
