We are a comprehensive property management service provider with extensive geographical coverage in China. According to data from the China Index Research Institute, according to the 2023 Comprehensive Strength Index, we were ranked 12th in the “2024 China Top 100 Property Service Companies” and “2024 China's Top 100 Property Service Satisfaction Leading Companies” and many other honors. Our history can be traced back to 1997. The beginning of our property management service was to focus on properties developed by Ocean Holdings (China's leading comprehensive property developer, whose shares are listed on the main board of the Stock Exchange, stock code: 03377). Since then, our geographical coverage has expanded from the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region to the Bohai Rim region and other regions of China (mainly in Tier 1 and 2 cities in China). We are headquartered in Beijing and operate in 83 cities in 27 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities in China. As of June 30, 2024, our total contract area reached 133.6 million square meters. At the same time, we have 501 managed property projects in China, with a total construction area of 100.1 million square meters, including 325 residential communities, 65 commercial properties and 111 other properties. Our property management services cover a wide range of property types, including residential communities, commercial properties (such as shopping centers, office buildings), and public and other properties (such as hospitals, schools, government buildings and public service facilities). In addition to property management services, we provide various community value-added services (including community asset value-added services, community life services and property brokerage services) to owners and residents of managed properties, as well as value-added services for non-owners, including pre-delivery services, consulting services and property engineering services to property developers and other property management companies.
