Jin Maoyuan Environmental Protection Holdings Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Group”) is currently the developer and operator of large-scale electroplating industrial parks in China. It is an active explorer and practitioner of electroplating parks. Since its development in 2005, its Guangdong Huizhou Park has always been committed to systematically controlling electroplating pollution, managing and serving electroplating enterprises, and innovating and developing environmental protection in the electroplating industry. Business scale and development momentum, number one in the industry The Group has three large-scale electroplating parks in China, located in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area in South China, the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, the economic core of North China, and the core region of the Middle Yangtze River Economic Belt. The Huizhou Longxi Environmental Electroplating Industrial Park and the Tianjin Bingang Electroplating Industrial Base began operation in 2007 and 2016 respectively. The Huazhong Surface Treatment Circular Economy Industrial Park is currently in the early stages of construction. The three parks cover a total area of 1.6 million square meters, and 1.28 million square meters of land use rights have been obtained. The total wastewater treatment capacity is 57,000 tons/day, with a reuse rate of more than 50%. Currently, 16,000 tons/day wastewater treatment facilities have been built. The completed plant covers an area of about 610,000 square meters, a rental rate of 84%, and nearly 160 electroplating manufacturers have entered the park. Focus on technology research and development, deep integration of industry, education and research Wastewater treatment uses physico-chemical treatment, biochemical treatment, ion exchange, filtration, and deep oxidation of electroplating wastewater treatment technology. Electroplating wastewater generated by enterprises is classified, collected, and treated centrally. Indicators such as waste water reuse and waste water discharge meet the relevant environmental standards of the Chinese government. Huizhou Jinmaoyuan Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. of Huizhou Park successfully applied for certification as a national “high-tech enterprise” in China in November 2018. Establish long-term technical cooperation and exchange relationships with scientific research institutes and cooperating institutions to transform and promote technological achievements in electroplating equipment and raw materials, wastewater treatment processes, wastewater treatment chemicals, etc., to provide inexhaustible impetus for the healthy development of enterprises. Patents and honors obtained Since 2016, Huizhou and Tianjin parks have successively applied for 51 intellectual property rights, 33 have been approved, and 18 are being applied for. Among them, China's State Intellectual Property Office has approved and authorized 30 utility model patents, and the National Copyright Administration of China has approved and authorized 3 software copyright rights. Since 2014, Huizhou and Tianjin parks have successively received awards such as the Industrial Park Management Innovation Award, the Social Responsibility Contribution Award, the China Surface Engineering Industry Science and Technology Award, the Tianjin Science and Technology Enterprise, and honorary titles such as China Electroplating Demonstration Park and Intensive Demonstration Park. The 4th and 5th China Electroplating Park Construction and Operation Seminars were successfully hosted in Huizhou Park and Tianjin Park in 2016 and 2018 respectively. Contributing to environmental protection and green economic development The Group implements intensive and intelligent management of parks around the world, continues to meet increasingly stringent environmental protection standards, actively promotes energy saving and emission reduction and circular economy based on the belief of achieving harmonious coexistence between man and nature and sustainable economic development, making significant contributions to local environmental protection and the green development of the economy.
