On September 2, China Galaxy (601881.SH) announced that the company recently received the approval from the China Securities Regulatory Commission (referred to as "CSRC" below) for the registration of the public issuance of corporate bonds to professional investors by China Galaxy Securities Co., Ltd. (Approval No. [2024]1197). According to the approval, CSRC has approved the company's registration application to publicly issue corporate bonds with a total face value not exceeding 20 billion yuan to professional investors.
