The group was founded by Mr. Pang and Ms. Kwan in 1996. At the time, we focused on selling and distributing personal care products, health products and household products purchased from authorized dealers and independent companies, and sold our products to small independent pharmacies in Hong Kong, China. Gradually, we have established our sales network in Hong Kong, China, which is critical to the development and expansion of our business. Following our initial success in establishing a sales network in Hong Kong, China in or around 1999, we have been appointed by several brand owners and manufacturers based in Guangdong Province, China, to sell and distribute their personal care products and manage their brands mainly in Hong Kong according to exclusive benchmarks, although we have also been authorized to distribute our products in Macau, Malaysia and Singapore, China under partial agreements with brand owners. The most popular brands managed by us in Hong Kong, China include “Ao Xue”, “Snow Perfect”, “Flower World”, “Sakura Snow”, “Jenny's Day” and “Dixie Yin”. In 2004, we began developing health products “derived” from our own brand, including oral health supplements. In 2006, we developed household products, mainly insecticides and mosquito repellents under the “Anko” brand. In 2009, we began to launch our personal care products, mainly skin care products under the “Aesthetic Skin” brand.
