On March 19, Gelonghui reported that ZHENRO SERVICES (06958.HK) announced that it expects the loss attributable to the parent company's owners for the year ending December 31, 2024, will not exceed RMB 0.3 billion, while the loss attributable to the parent company's owners for the year ending December 31, 2023, was RMB 81 million. In 2024, the expected decline in performance is mainly due to: (1) goodwill impairment of no less than RMB 0.2 billion, affected by intense market competition, and several contracts of subsidiaries acquired in previous years not being renewed. This has led to a decrease in revenue and profit from these subsidiaries.
