Changjiu Co., Ltd. provides pledged vehicle monitoring services and car dealer operation management services in China. Over the years, we have been providing pledged vehicle monitoring services and have accumulated in-depth insights in the field of automobile distribution in China. As a natural extension of our business, we are making every effort to expand our business scope in the field of automobile distribution in China. It also began providing operation management services to car dealers seeking better business and financial performance in April 2022. Development history In 2022, we began providing car dealership operation management services. As of December 31, 2022, the number of car dealers using our pledged vehicle monitoring service increased to more than 10,000. We previously developed a second-generation Bluetooth OBD device with an automatic VIN reading system and obtained patent certification. In 2021, Changjiu Jinfu won the 2021 Outstanding Supplier Award from Jizhi Auto Finance Co., Ltd. Changjiu Jinfu was recognized as the executive director unit by the CFLP Logistics and Supply Chain Finance Branch from January 2021 to January 2025. In 2020, Changjiu Jinfu won the 2020 Outstanding Enterprise Service Award from BMW Group Financial Services Greater China for its contribution in on-site supervision services. Changjiu Jinfu won the China Logistics and Supply Chain Finance Outstanding Case Award by the CFLP Logistics and Supply Chain Finance Branch in 2020. In 2018, we developed and launched the first generation GPSOBD device. The first-generation Bluetooth OBD device we have previously developed and used has obtained patent certification. The device is compatible with Bluetooth and is capable of short-range wireless transmission. We have launched the “Jiuchetong” mobile application, which allows financial institutions and car dealers to use mobile phones and tablets to access the information collected by our VFS system. In 2017, we completed the development of the second generation VFS. In 2016, Changjiu Jinfu was established and began using PDAs and RFID tags.
