We are a consulting service provider for construction and structural engineering in Hong Kong. The founder, Mr. ?$#@$ (an accredited person, registered architect and registered inspector) is active in Hong Kong and has been providing construction consulting services to many clients for over 15 years. The Group operates construction and structural engineering consultancy services through its main operating subsidiary Qijie Construction Consultants. As of March 31, 2016, we had 163 projects under construction, and the total value of the remaining contracts is estimated to be around HK$22.4 million. Construction is the main area of our practice, and our total revenue over the period of our track record comes from construction and structural engineering consultancy services. Our integrated architectural and structural engineering consultancy services involve building remodeling, and our architectural and structural engineering consultancy services include: (i) licensing; (ii) alteration and addition engineering and minor works consultancy; (iii) inspection and certification; and (iv) other construction-related consultancy. Each of our projects may involve one or more areas of architectural and structural engineering consultancy services, which are often interlinked. For the three years ended March 31, 2016, revenue from construction and structural engineering consultancy services was approximately HK$20.4 million, HK$26.4 million and HK$29.3 million respectively. The regulation of construction projects in Hong Kong is quite strict. Generally, in order to carry out construction works (except Class II and III minor works and exempted works), an authorized person must be appointed as the co-ordinator of the relevant construction work. An application for a commercial licence may also involve approval of plans and certification, which are usually reviewed or certified by an authorized person. Therefore, we believe that Hong Kong has a steady demand for the services we provide as a Hong Kong construction and structural engineering consultancy service provider. The Group consists of a team of professionals, including accredited persons, registered structural engineers, registered geotechnical engineers, registered architects, registered professional engineers, surveyors and engineers. We provide comprehensive architectural and structural engineering consultancy services to our clients, mainly: (i) owners or occupiers requiring architectural and structural engineering consultancy services for commercial purposes; (ii) village house developers; (iii) lack internal approvers and other licences requiring our architectural and structural engineering consultancy services; and (iv) general contractors and subcontractors in the construction industry who require our architectural and structural engineering consultancy services in providing plans or engineering certification. Subcontracts and staff costs were our main expenses during and after the performance period. After we hired four former subcontractors as our current employees, we only subcontracted some smaller parts of the documentation work and site certification work to external parties from time to time. We believe that Hong Kong is full of opportunities for construction and structural engineering consultancy service providers, as Ipsos reports that demand for architectural and structural engineering consultancy services will increase. In 2014, the Company's revenue accounted for about 0.1% and 6.1% of the revenue of the construction, surveying and engineering services industry and the revenue of the construction and structural engineering consultancy services industry in Hong Kong, respectively.
