Oriental University City was founded in 1999 and is one of the earliest university towns established in China. The Langfang Economic and Technological Development Zone is located along the Golden Divide of the Beijing-Shanghai Expressway. It is 30 kilometers west across the capital Beijing, and 60 kilometers east is accompanied by Tianjin and the Bohai Sea. It is close to Beijing Capital International Airport and national high-tech parks such as Beijing's Second Airport, Beijing Daxing Industrial Park, Beijing Yizhuang Economic and Technological Development Zone, Tianjin Binhai New Area, and Tianjin Jingbin Industrial Park. A large number of Chinese and foreign companies in the aviation, service, and information technology industries have gathered here. The university city is located in the core hinterland of the “Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei integration”. It has a unique geographical location and rich educational resources in Beijing and Tianjin. Our main business is leasing school buildings and dormitories to universities, colleges, schools and training centers in Oriental University City. In addition to the educational facility rental business, we also rent out some commercial supporting facilities to provide students and teachers in the university town with a high quality and rich daily life. As of December 31, 2014, we covered an area of 731 acres (487,270 square meters), with a total construction area of about 119,453 square meters of school buildings, and a total area of 166,267 square meters of dormitories for students and employees. Currently, there are 10 universities, colleges and training institutions, and more than 19,000 teachers and students studying in the city. Contract colleges offer vocational training and academic or non-academic education courses. It covers many disciplines, such as traditional Chinese medicine, health awareness, nursing, aviation, tourism, civil aviation and logistics, international navigation, civil aviation English, electronic information engineering, hotel management, business management, multimedia, culture, design, bilingual research, computer science and software.
