CL Group announced the resignation of Wang Rongqian and Song Guangyuan as independent non-executive directors.

CL Group (08098) announced that due to the resolution not being approved by shareholders at the shareholders’ annual general meeting, Mr. Wang Rongqian and Mr. Song Guangyuan will resign as independent non-executive directors and the resignation will take effect after the end of the shareholders’ annual general meeting. Mr. Wang will no longer serve as the chairman of the company's remuneration committee, and a member of the audit committee and the nomination committee.
