The Group is mainly engaged in R&D, manufacture and sale of consumer electronic products, such as fitness bracelets, GPS personal navigation devices, mobile networking devices, TV set-top boxes, and the provision of application software development services (“Main Business”). The Group provides customers with a one-stop service by providing design, prototype/prototype manufacturing, manufacturing, assembly and packaging products. The Group's revenue for the year ended December 31, 2019 (the “reporting period”) was approximately HK$301.2 million, an increase of approximately 289.1% over approximately HK$77.4 million for the year ended December 31, 2018 (the “same period”). The increase in revenue was mainly due to the impact of the following items: (1) sales of manufactured products increased by about HK$2 million or 9.0% over the same period; and (2) trade sales of electronic products, accessories and raw materials increased by about HK$224.3 million or 456.3% over the same period. The increase in revenue exceeds the decrease in the provision of application software development services compared to the same period, or approximately HK$2.4 million, or 38.2%.
