We are mainly engaged in the manufacture and sale of chipboard. Since chipboard is made from raw materials such as small-bore wood, branches, and agricultural and forestry residues, it is generally considered an environmentally friendly and energy-efficient recycled artificial board. Our customers are mainly home or office furniture manufacturers, sports equipment manufacturers, and wood-based panel processors and traders from the Pearl River Delta Economic Zone, the Yangtze River Delta Economic Zone and Fujian Province. Our old line has a total annual chipboard production capacity of around 140,000 cubic meters. Our new production line was completed and test operation began in September 2013, and full-scale production began in December 2013, with an approved annual production capacity of about 220,000 cubic meters of chipboard. According to the Shenzhen China Business Report, as of June 30, 2013, only 11 chipboard manufacturers in China (including us) had installed or were installing German Diefenbach press systems; in China, Guangdong Province, and Fujian Province, only 14, 4 and 2 chipboard production lines with an annual production capacity of 200,000 cubic meters or more had been installed or were installing imported equipment from overseas, respectively. Our main revenue drivers include (i) product competitiveness and a broad range of chipboard products, (ii) our customer relationships and market acceptance, and (iii) advanced production lines with large-scale production capacity.
