About Us Our group was founded in 2005 when our Executive Director, CEO and Chairman of the Board, Mr. Wong, established our first operating subsidiary in Singapore. In 2009, we started business operations in Vietnam, mainly focusing on residential, commercial and mixed-use buildings in the Vietnamese private sector. In 2013, our group was established as our second operating subsidiary in Singapore to enhance our professional capabilities in the operation of civil and structural engineering consulting services in Singapore. TW-ASIA companies are fully compliant with the Professional Engineers Act of 1991. TW-ASIA provides a variety of civil and structural projects covering infrastructure, residential, industrial, commercial, and institutional projects. The company is involved in many high-rise buildings in the area. Our company is also ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 certified for civil and structural engineering services. From the beginning, TW-ASIA has grown over the years and has become an established company with consulting engineers on numerous projects. The company currently has more than 130 engineers, designers, and drafters. Management Committee The company is managed by partner Er. Wong Seng, Er.Leow Geok Mui Maey, Ir. Lin Zhanqiang, Dr. Ruan Yuba, and Er Heng Kim Huat are registered professional engineers with many years of experience in the design, construction and project management of large-scale construction projects.
