De Riva is licensed by the Securities Regulatory Commission to engage in Type 1 (securities trading) and Type 2 (futures contract trading) regulated activities for professional investors in Hong Kong, but is not allowed to provide any margin finance services. Our clients are all professional investors, including investment banks, market makers and funds.
