First Credit Finance Group Limited (the “Company”) was incorporated as an exempted limited company in the Cayman Islands in accordance with the Companies Act on March 9, 2009. The Company was deregistered in the Cayman Islands on February 5, 2015 and officially continues as an exempted company in Bermuda in accordance with Bermuda law. The Company was registered as a non-Hong Kong company in Hong Kong under Part XI of the Companies Ordinance on April 2, 2009, and then became a holding company of the Group. Its shares were listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Limited (“Hong Kong Stock Exchange”) (stock code: 8215).
