We operate our business through our operating subsidiaries, namely Lianxing Construction Engineering Co., Ltd., and Hefeng Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. Lianxing Creation Engineering Co., Ltd. Lianxing Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. was incorporated as a limited company in Hong Kong in November 1998. We have been operating in the civil engineering industry in Hong Kong for 16 years. Since 1999, we have undertaken a number of civil engineering projects in Hong Kong, some relating to major public infrastructure in Hong Kong, such as the West Rail Line viaduct, the Ngong Chuen Chau Viaduct on Route 9, the Central Reclamation Project Phase III, Tuen Mun Highway, Fanling Highway, Liantang/Heung Yuen Wai Port Control Point and the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge. Our main operating subsidiary Lianxing has been registered under the Hong Kong Construction Industry Council's subcontractor registration system since 2005. We have established a reputation as a professional subcontractor in the civil engineering industry with high quality services. The projects are well recognized by customers, are of excellent quality and can effectively control costs, thus winning customer confidence and increasing the chances of obtaining new projects from customers.
