BINGO GROUP (08220.HK) intends to establish a joint venture with a subsidiary of Kingnet Network to promote the business of generative AI games.
On February 13, 2023, BINGO GROUP (08220.HK) announced that on February 13, 2025, its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, Huichi (Shanghai) Investment Consulting Co., Ltd., entered into a non-binding memorandum of understanding with Hangzhou Kaixing Network Technology Co., Ltd. ("Kaixing Network, a subsidiary of Kingnet Network (002517.SZ)"). According to the memorandum, the group plans to cooperate with Kaixing Network to promote generative AI gaming business through a joint venture, which will be established in China, with the group holding a 15% stake and Kaixing Network holding an 85% stake.

BINGO GROUP (08220.HK) subsidiary has signed a promotion service framework agreement with Shenzhen Xin Feng Cultural Innovation Development.
On February 12, Glenwill announced that BINGO GROUP (08220.HK) entered into a promotional service framework agreement on February 12, 2025, with its joint venture partner Shenzhen Xinfeng Cultural Media Co., Ltd. (the main shareholder of the joint venture) by its indirectly owned non-wholly-owned subsidiary, Shenzhen Xingfeng Cultural Media Co., Ltd. According to the promotional service framework agreement, the joint venture will provide promotional services to the joint venture partner and its contacts in exchange for service fees, with the term expiring on February 12, 2027.
