We are a turnkey solution supplier and exporter of used semiconductor manufacturing equipment and components headquartered in Taiwan. Since we started our business in 2009, the Group has been providing customers with turnkey solutions for used semiconductor manufacturing equipment and parts. Our customers are mainly semiconductor manufacturers who need to modify and/or upgrade their production systems from time to time. In addition to our turnkey solution service for used semiconductor manufacturing equipment and components as the Group's main source of revenue, our revenue also comes from the sale of semiconductor manufacturing equipment and parts. The Group focuses on providing customers with semiconductor manufacturing equipment and parts, including heat furnace tubes, imaging devices and others, for semiconductor front-end manufacturing processes, wafer processing, such as deposition, photoresist coating and imaging. We are responsible for purchasing used semiconductor manufacturing equipment and parts for our customers as part of our comprehensive solution. Our turnkey solutions for used semiconductor manufacturing equipment and parts are mainly based on used semiconductor manufacturing equipment and parts from a leading Japanese manufacturer brand, and we procure such parts from overseas dealers and other overseas turnkey solution suppliers. Our used semiconductor manufacturing equipment is used by semiconductor manufacturers to produce silicon wafers of different sizes, and these silicon wafers can be combined and packaged into different kinds of semiconductor products. Various products rely on semiconductors to provide higher performance and functionality, including mobile phones, personal digital assistants (PDAs), game consoles, DVD players, and many other digital consumer electronics products. Over the record period, more than 50% of our revenue came from our leading semiconductor manufacturer customers listed on the New York Stock Exchange, the Taiwan Exchange, the Stock Exchange, and/or the US NASDAQ. According to the Frost & Sullivan report, in 2015, we contributed NT$0.88 billion in revenue, accounting for 4.7% of Taiwan's turnkey solutions market share. Furthermore, as far as used semiconductor manufacturing equipment and parts are concerned, the Group is regarded as one of Taiwan's leading turnkey solution suppliers and importers.
