The Group was founded in 2008 and is a foundation contractor specializing in subcontracting screw piles projects and other foundation works. We can install screw piles with pile lengths ranging from 1.5 meters to 3 meters. We have invested heavily in machinery and have all the standard machines, machinery, and equipment needed for screw pile construction. We are proud to specialize in screw pile construction during our track record. We have established business relationships with a number of engineering and foundation contractors and undertook projects in the private and public sectors. We only undertake “construction only” projects, do not need to involve any foundation design, only carry out the work according to the specifications provided. During the track record period and until the last practical date, we have completed 19 screw pile projects, 8 of which are public projects and the remaining 11 are private projects. In addition to screw pile engineering, to the extent permitted by our machinery and equipment, we also provide professional foundation work, mainly the removal of existing foundations or waste piles for urban renewal projects or railway projects. In the track record period, we have carried out 4 foundation demolition projects. On the last practical date, we signed 10 construction contracts, with outstanding contracts totaling approximately HK$98,364,000. We usually obtain projects through the tendering process of building and foundation contractors, who are our direct customers and act as general contractors or subcontractors. Xun Jie has registered with the Buildings Department as a registered specialist contractor for foundation and site leveling works in February 2017 and April 2017 respectively. The Group is eligible to carry out foundation and site leveling works in the private sector in Hong Kong as the chief contractor. During our track record period, all of our revenue came from Hong Kong. In order to diversify revenue sources and seek more profitable foundation projects, we have bid for projects in Macau. After the track record period, we have been awarded a ground-based contract in Macau. In February 2017, the initial contract amount was approximately 43.9 million patacas. On the last practical date, we have commenced project work for this contract.
