The Group was founded in 2008 and is a foundation contractor specializing in subcontracted screw pile projects and other foundation works. We can install screw piles with pile lengths ranging from 1.5 meters to 3 meters. We have invested heavily in machinery and have all the standard machines, machinery and equipment needed for screw pile construction. We are proud to specialize in screw pile construction during our track record period. We have established business relationships with various engineering and foundation contractors and undertook projects in the private and public sectors. We only undertake “construction only” projects, do not require any foundation design, and only carry out the works according to the specifications provided. During the track record period and up to the last practical date, we have completed 19 screw pile projects, of which 8 are public projects and the remaining 11 are private projects. In addition to screw pile construction, to the extent permitted by our machinery and equipment, we also provide professional foundation work, mainly to remove existing foundations or waste piles for urban renovation projects or railway projects. In the record period, we have carried out 4 foundation demolition projects. On the last practical date, we signed 10 construction contracts, with a total outstanding contract amount of approximately HK$98,364,000. We usually obtain projects through the bidding process of construction and foundation contractors. Engineering and foundation contractors are our direct customers and act as general contractors or subcontractors. Xun Jie was registered as a registered specialist contractor for foundation and site preparation works with the Buildings Department in February 2017 and April 2017 respectively. The Group is eligible to carry out private sector foundation and site preparation projects in Hong Kong as the chief contractor. During the track record period, all of our revenue came from Hong Kong. In order to diversify revenue sources and seek more profitable foundation engineering projects, we have tendered projects in Macau. After the track record period, we have been awarded a foundation contract in Macau. In February 2017, the total initial contract amount was about MOP 43.9 million. On the last practical date, we have already commenced the project project of this contract.
