China New Consumption Group (08275.HK) announced that on October 21, 2024, Jinshi Communication Co., Ltd. (a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company) ("Jinshi Communication") and Huaweida Enterprise Co., Ltd. and Huaweida Dining Holdings (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. ("potential partners") have entered into a non-legally binding Memorandum of Understanding on the potential cooperation for the development of the drink brand "Tea Daye" in the market of China (including Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan) and Southeast Asia, as well as the potential cooperation on the operation, management of the supply chain, and the potential comprehensive acquisition of the potential partners by the company ("proposed cooperation").
