AGTECH HOLDINGS (08279.HK) announced that on December 24, 2024, mFinance (a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company) entered into a capital increase agreement with Ant Bank (Macau), Alipay (Macau) Holdings, and Alipay (Macau) Investment, under which mFinance conditionally agreed to subscribe, and Ant Bank (Macau) conditionally agreed to issue 360,500 shares of common stock at the price of 100 Macanese Pataca (equivalent to 97 Hong Kong dollars) per share.
