The Group is a Chinese manufacturer of daily necessities, and its strategic business focuses on the production and sale of functional toothpaste. In 2015, the Group ranked 8th in the Chinese effective toothpaste market and 3rd in the Chinese leather care products market. Our production base is located in Jiangyin City, Jiangsu Province, and we have strong R&D capabilities. The oral care products segment, which mainly includes functional toothpaste, grew rapidly during the track record period and became the Group's core business segment. According to industry reports, Chinese consumers are increasingly concerned about oral health, which is one reason for the increase in demand for effective toothpaste. We first produced and distributed effective toothpaste using Fe bioenzyme technology in 2004. To enhance the brand image of effective toothpaste, we launched the “Fei Jindian Dentist” brand in 2012 to promote our functional toothpaste. As we have accumulated experience in the toothpaste market, the Group has successfully improved the Fe bioenzyme technology applied to the development of effective toothpaste, and obtained a patent for biocomplex enzyme toothpaste and its preparation method from the State Intellectual Property Office of the People's Republic of China in 2012. Our Fe bioenzyme technology was recognized as a “National Torch Project” by the Torch High-tech Industrial Development Center of the Ministry of Science and Technology of the People's Republic of China in 2004 and 2015 respectively, as recognition of our technological innovation and successful application of this technology to products. In 2015, Fe bioenzyme technology was further rated as a “scientific and technological achievement” by the China High-tech Industrialization Research Association. The evaluation committee found (including) that Fe bioenzyme technology and its application in dental products pioneered similar products at home and abroad. Our functional toothpaste has been tested and clinically certified by various medical institutions (such as the Shanghai Institute of Stomatology and the Ninth People's Hospital affiliated to Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine), proving that our functional toothpaste can effectively suppress and prevent various oral problems, and is safe for daily use. Our functional toothpaste was also recognized as a high-tech product by the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Science and Technology in 2015.
