On December 29, 1998, Baoshan (formerly Baoshan Ceremony Co., Ltd.) was incorporated as a limited company in Taiwan, China, with a registered share capital of NT$20,000,000, divided into 20,000 shares with a face value of NT$1,000 per share. On November 6, 2000, Baode (formerly Baode Life Business Co., Ltd.) was incorporated as a limited company in Taiwan, China, with a registered share capital of NT$5,000,000. On October 25, 2006, Xi Zhou Service was incorporated as a limited company in China, with Wu Guilin as its initial shareholder. Both the registered and paid-up share capital are RMB 300,000. The registered share capital has been paid in full in the required manner and time. On March 19, 2007, Xibao Technology was registered in China as a wholly foreign-owned enterprise limited company. The initial registered share capital is $500,000. The registered share capital was funded by Mr. Liu. On October 5, 2007, Hongyang was incorporated as a limited company in Hong Kong, China. The authorized share capital is HK$10,000 (divided into 10,000 shares with a face value of HK$1.00 per share), while GNL07 Limited holds 1 subscriber share in the Hongyang share capital.
