In 1998, Mr. Liu founded Baoshan in Taiwan, China to provide funeral services and launch a funeral business as a funeral planner. On December 29, 1998, Baoshan (previously known as Baoshan Etiquette Co., Ltd.) was incorporated as a limited company in Taiwan, China, with a registered share capital of NT$20,000,000, divided into 20,000 shares with a face value of NT$1,000 per share. On November 6, 2000, Baode (previously known as Baode Life Services Co., Ltd.) was incorporated as a limited company in Taiwan, China, with a registered share capital of NT$5,000,000. On October 25, 2006, Xi Zhou Services China was incorporated as a limited company, with Wu Guilin as its initial shareholder. The registered share capital and paid-up share capital are both RMB 300,000. The registered share capital has been paid in full in the prescribed manner and on time. On March 19, 2007, Xibao Technology was registered and established as a wholly foreign-owned enterprise limited company in China. The initial registered share capital was $500,000. The registered share capital was funded by Mr. Liu. On October 5, 2007, Hongyang was incorporated as a limited company in Hong Kong, China. The authorized share capital is HK$10,000 (divided into 10,000 shares with a face value of HK$1.00 per share), while GNL07 Limited holds 1 subscribers' share in Hongyang's share capital.
