Grace News on November 26th: Ocean Star Tech (08297.HK) announced on November 25, 2024, that the company entered into a placement agreement with the placement agent Ding Shi Securities Rui Sen Hong Kong Stock Connect Securities, under which the placement agent agreed to represent the company to place up to 0.2155 billion new shares to a minimum of six independent underwriters at a price of HK$0.040 per share to the best of their efforts benchmark. The placement price is approximately 21.21% premium to the closing market price per share of HK$0.033 on November 25, 2024 (the date of the placement agreement). The maximum number of shares for placement is 2.1 billion.
