The Group is an operating group focusing on hot spring tourism, leisure and rehabilitation. Gudoujian is based on our belief that health and wellness are important to human and physical and mental well-being, and the vision of improving the quality of life of the public. By managing hot spring resorts and hotels in urban areas, providing consulting services to third party hot spring resorts and hotel operators, and developing and selling tourist properties, the well-known brand “Gudou” has developed the health and wellness business for 20 years. The Company is an exempted limited company incorporated in the Cayman Islands on January 10, 2014, and its shares were listed on GEM on December 9, 2016. Adhering to the concept of revitalizing the body, mind and spirit of guests, the Group operates and manages hot spring resorts based on this. Gudou Hot Spring Comprehensive Resort is the flagship project of the Group's resort business. It is also a national AAAA tourist attraction in Jiangmen, Guangdong Province, China. The integrated resort has hot spring facilities, six themed hotels, restaurants, a recreational water world, and leisure and entertainment facilities. In addition to operating hot spring resorts and hotels, the Group also develops and sells tourist properties, including villas, apartments, one-bedroom apartments, commercial units and parking spaces. These properties are located near Gudou Hot Spring Comprehensive Resort. The purpose of development is to allow property owners to experience a healthy physical and mental life. As of the date of this report, the Group has completed eight tourist property projects, namely South Asia Style Villa, Baden Town Villa, Mountain and Sea Holiday Apartment, Lehuo City Apartment, Mountain and Sea Holiday Mansion, Quanxin Health Apartment, Gudouyi Shui Ming Ting and Guanshan Yue. Gudou Hot Spring Comprehensive Resort was awarded a national AAAA tourist attraction by the National Tourist Attractions Quality Rating Committee in 2005. Royal SPA Hotel was rated as a five-star hot spring by the National Hot Spring Tourism Enterprise Star Rating Committee in 2020.
