We were founded in 2006 as a rapidly growing IT company based in Singapore. Through local deployment models and SaaS delivery models, we mainly specialize in providing (i) enterprise application software targeting commercial real estate and building owners to better manage their real estate assets and facilities and (ii) energy management systems targeting commercial real estate and building owners and enterprises to monitor and better manage energy consumption. Our customers cover end customers in many countries (regions) including Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan and other Asian countries (regions). We research, design, develop and implement hardware and software solutions and provide upgrades, maintenance and after-sales support to customers in various industries such as commercial real estate, education, healthcare, government, utilities, and the oil and gas industry. Our vision is for companies to master modern big data and business analysis and monitoring technology to improve their operational efficiency, gather business intelligence, and ultimately enhance their financial performance. According to the Frost & Sullivan report, based on revenue in 2015, we ranked among the top 100 enterprises in the Singapore enterprise application software industry, accounting for about 0.42% of the market share. In the enterprise application software industry, according to the Frost & Sullivan report, we were the second largest commercial property management software supplier in Singapore in terms of revenue in 2015 and the third largest supplier of building energy management systems to the Singapore transformation market in 2015 in terms of revenue. With Singapore's good entrepreneurial climate and favorable government policies, we are able to develop and expand our business and product supply. Our earnings increased over 50.0% from the financial year ending May 31, 2015 to S$11.1 million for the fiscal year ended May 31, 2016. Energy management systems are network-based systems that enable individual entities to monitor, measure and control energy consumption performance, such as lighting systems and heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
