On March 17, Gelonghui reported that Simple New Life (08360.HK) announced that on March 14, 2025, according to the previous announcements disclosing prior acquisitions and sales of Geely shares, the company further purchased a total of 0.1 million shares of Geely in the open market (accounting for about 0.001% of Geely Auto’s total issued share capital as of the date of this announcement), for a total price of approximately 1.8 million Hong Kong dollars (excluding transaction costs) (equivalent to an acquisition price of about 17.5 Hong Kong dollars per share of Geely). Following the further acquisition of Geely shares, the company holds a total of 0.2 million shares of Geely (accounting for the total issued share capital of Geely Auto as of the date of this announcement).
