In the same year, Yunxingtai Co., Ltd. acquired a unit at Dali Center as a food manufacturing plant and office. In 2006, Yunxingtai Co., Ltd. and Dahai invested in the establishment of Wanfu Logistics. The Wanfu Logistics business mainly provides logistics distribution services to Yunxingtai and Hongxing Group. In 2007, Yunxingtai Co., Ltd. acquired another unit at Dali Center to expand its food manufacturing plant.
