We are a digital media company established in Hong Kong in 2010, mainly providing customers with online advertising services through our platform. The platform had more than 506,000 members in Hong Kong, Taiwan, Malaysia and Singapore at the last practical date. For further details on our different types of online advertising services, please refer to the “Business - Our Services” section of this document. Our online advertising service clients include brand owners and advertising agencies. We believe that through our self-developed platform (that is, our website and mobile app), customers can reach out to target audiences and use task assignments to communicate online advertising content to members or run advertising campaigns for members. On the other hand, members can earn JAG points by completing required tasks. According to the insight consulting report, online advertising media is different from traditional advertising media in reaching out to the general public. It provides advertisers with a marketing tool that targets and interacts with specific target audiences to convey marketing messages in a more effective and tailored manner. Insight anticipates that advertising budgets previously allocated to traditional advertising channels (such as television and print media) will gradually shift to online advertising media. The platform uses its customized screening capabilities to allow customers to match advertising campaigns with target audiences (i.e. our members) based on the demographic details and behavior of the target audience, such as the consumption patterns or brand orientation of a particular product or service. We believe that by rewarding JAG to our members, we can increase members' participation in customer advertising campaigns, and at the same time, customers can promote their brand's products or services through members' participation. Our online advertising includes (i) diffuse communication services; (ii) interactive engagement services; (iii) mass blogging services; and (iv) other services. For the year ending March 31, 2016 and March 31, 2017, our revenue was approximately HK$21.8 million and HK$26.3 million respectively, while our annual gross profit was approximately HK$13.7 million and HK$19.2 million respectively. Overall gross margin increased from 62.9% for the year ended March 31, 2016 to 72.7% for the year ended March 31, 2017. For the year ended March 31, 2016 and March 31, 2017, approximately 58.6% and 49.7% of the revenue came from Hong Kong business operations, respectively, while approximately 41.4% and 50.3% of the revenue came from Taiwan business operations, respectively. In 2017, we expanded our business to Malaysia and Singapore. As of the last practical date, we have not received any benefit from operating our business in Singapore
