The Group is an interior decoration company based in Hong Kong, China, focusing on commercial sites (including offices and retail stores mainly located in Hong Kong, China). The Group's services include in-house designers providing interior design solutions, appointing subcontractors to carry out interior decoration projects, and project managers to coordinate, manage and supervise interior decoration projects. During the track record period, the Group's projects can be broadly divided into: (i) design and decoration projects, where the Group is responsible for customized interior design plans, project management and interior decoration projects; (ii) decoration projects, where the Group is responsible for project management and interior decoration projects; and (iii) other interior design and interior decoration services. For the two years ended December 31, 2015 and the six months ended June 30, 2016, design and decoration projects contributed approximately 93.5%, 73.1% and 84.8% of the Group's total revenue, respectively. Renovation projects contributed approximately 5.4%, 23.4% and 11.5% of the Group's total revenue for the two years ended December 31, 2015 and the six months ended June 30, 2016, respectively. As far as design and decoration projects are concerned, the Group assesses the needs of customers who do not have their own interior design ideas, plans or layout drawings. According to customer requirements and needs, the Group's in-house designers develop and produce customized interior design plans for customers to consider. If the customer accepts the Group's interior design plan, the Group will produce detailed layout drawings. The Group will then appoint subcontractors to carry out the interior decoration project, and the Group will be responsible for the overall project management and supervision of the interior decoration project to ensure the effective and efficient execution of the project. For decoration projects, the Group provides quotations or tenders to customers with their own interior design ideas, plans and layout drawings. If the customer accepts the Group's offer or bid, the Group will then appoint a subcontractor to carry out the interior decoration project, and the Group will be responsible for the entire project management and supervision of the interior decoration project carried out by the subcontractor. The Group hired a subcontractor to complete the interior decoration project. The Group selects subcontractors to procure necessary decoration materials and carry out interior decoration projects in accordance with the Group's instructions, requirements, plans and schedules. In addition to the subcontractors selected by the Group, the customer's building management company may appoint subcontractors to procure necessary decoration materials in accordance with the requirements of the relevant building management company and carry out interior decoration projects according to the Group's plans and schedules. The Group will also procure other interior decoration materials from suppliers for subcontractors working on Group projects. Since its establishment in 2009 in Hong Kong, China, the Group has served over 180 customers, including multinational companies from various industries and listed companies in Hong Kong, China, such as banking, retail, healthcare, legal services, catering, education, energy, insurance, telecommunications, property management and logistics management. The Group established a subsidiary in China in 2010 to seize business opportunities for customers that may expand its business into China.
