We are one of the leading overseas study consultancy service providers in Hong Kong. Although our network includes educational institutions operating around the world, our track record of advising and arranging further education services involve students seeking to advance to secondary and higher education in the UK, Australia, and Canada. According to industry reports, we are the sixth largest overseas study consultancy service provider in Hong Kong (market share of about 7.6%) based on the revenue generated by providing overseas study consultancy services to local students in Hong Kong for secondary education and higher education courses in the UK, Australia and Canada in 2015. We mainly provide free overseas study consultancy services to Hong Kong students seeking overseas careers. For cases where students are successfully arranged to advance to overseas educational institutions within our network, we will receive commission income in accordance with agency agreements between such overseas educational institutions and us. During the track record period, most of our commission income came from arranging students for higher education and higher education institutions in the UK, Australia and Canada. Based on our business model, our clients are mainly overseas educational institutions outside Hong Kong, which pay us commission income for arranging further education services for our students. The directors believe that the arrangement will not cause conflict between us and the students because (i) our focus is to provide students with appropriate guidance and relevant information on their academic suitability for further education courses, and that the overseas study location is ultimately decided by the students and is determined by the overseas educational institution; (ii) we are committed to acting in an honest, ethical and responsible manner in the process of assisting students, and this is also what overseas educational institutions generally require of us under the agency agreement; and (iii) the Group's overseas education institutions within the network are also generally required of us by overseas educational institutions; and (iii) the Group also generally requires us from overseas educational institutions within the network; and (iii) the Group's overseas education institutions within the network Educational institutions and when deciding to add new partners to our network conduct their own due diligence reviews (such as field visits to schools and desktop research) to provide students with a variety of high-quality further education course options.
