We are a leading dermatology and surgery specialist clinic officially accredited by the Ministry of Health of Singapore. We provide convenient, comprehensive and high-quality professional care services for various skin problems affecting the skin, hair and nails through the use of a series of advanced and complete medical, surgical, laser and cosmetic treatments. We have three clinics, namely East Bank Clinic, Orchard Road Clinic, and Raffles Place Clinic. The East Shore Clinic opened in November 2013, while the Orchard Road Clinic and Raffles Place Clinic opened in May 2014. Our private dermatology clinics are mainly staffed by doctors and trained personnel with professional skills to handle and treat a variety of complex skin problems. We plan to further strengthen our professional team by hiring two additional clinicians by the end of 2017. The Group is a provider of medical and surgical services to various customer groups in the field of dermatology. We provide a full range of treatment plans to meet the individual needs of our patients. We provide the following services to our clients to treat (among others) skin cancer and skin diseases (such as eczema, psoriasis, acne, spots, adverse drug reactions, and warts). We also perform cosmetic treatments to improve the overall appearance of patients. By providing the following personalized services, we have been able to achieve these goals, including: (a) Counseling services: our doctors provide medical advice and evaluation to patients in our clinics; (b) Prescribing and dispensing services: after consultation, our physicians may prescribe medicines and/or recommend skincare products to patients (including our DS branded skincare products or over-the-counter skincare products), which customers can then dispense at our clinics; and (c) Course of treatment: After consultation and assessment of the patient's specific situation by our physicians, the patient may perform a number of treatments as recommended by the doctor, which can be broadly divided into surgical treatment, minimally invasive/non-invasive treatment and other treatment services.
