The announcement stated that the improved financial performance was mainly due to an increase in revenue from enterprise financing consulting services by about 10%, which was achieved by the relentless efforts of the group's team to execute and complete the transactions that the customers are undertaking on the exchange. Together with an increase in bank interest income of approximately HKD 1.1 million and a decrease in exchange losses of approximately HKD 600,000, these increases were offset by a net increase in employee benefits cost of approximately HKD 340,000.
