We specialize in the manufacture and sale of baby clothes and baby clothes. We sell these baby cloth products through the following channels: (i) Our contract manufacturing business selling directly to overseas brand companies or designated purchasing companies mainly located in Hong Kong, the United Kingdom and the United States; (ii) We sell our own brand “” products and peripheral products from third party brands at our own retail stores and department store counters in Hong Kong, and the original brand manufacturing business for wholesale sales in Hong Kong, China and Macau. We are headquartered in Hong Kong and perform business functions of design and development, sales and marketing, and day-to-day management. We carry out the entire production process at our production facility in Huangpu Town, Zhongshan City, Guangdong Province, China, including making prenatal samples, tailoring, printing, embossing, sewing, buckling, ironing and packaging. We sell baby cloth products through two main sales channels: (i) OEM manufacturing business selling products to overseas third party brand companies and designated purchasing companies of brand companies; and (ii) The original brand manufacturing business selling products to customers in our wholesale and retail network.
