We are a subcontractor for ground structures in Hong Kong, capable of carrying out: (i) foundation works and site preparation works; and (ii) other geotechnical works, such as slope works and other minor geotechnical works (such as spraying). We serve a variety of clients, mainly general contractors or subcontractors for different types of property development projects or civil engineering projects in Hong Kong. As a subcontractor and sub-subcontractor, we obtain projects from the general contractor or other subcontractors respectively. We have completed 17 projects during the track record period and as of the last practical date. We have 13 on-hand projects (including those under construction and those not yet underway). We achieved revenue of approximately HK$53.8 million, HK$75.3 million and HK$66.8 million for the two years ended December 31, 2015 and the six months ended June 30, 2016, respectively. The directors estimated that the total revenue confirmed from the 13 on-hand projects would be approximately HK$147.3 million. We mainly focus on private construction projects, contributing more than 98% of our total revenue over the record period.
