We are a multi-brand retailer operating six retail stores under the “mi ming mart” (“mi ming mart” or “mi ming lifestyle department store”) brand in Hong Kong, China. We sell a wide range of beauty and health products, which can mainly be categorized as (i) skin care products; (ii) cosmetics; and (iii) food and health products. Since we started our business in 2009, the Group has been led by our founder, chairman, executive director and chief executive, and a famous social media personality, Ms. Yuan Miming. According to the Frost & Sullivan report, we ranked third in the small to medium business segment of the multi-brand skincare and cosmetics retailer market in Hong Kong, China in calendar year 2015 in terms of revenue from skincare and cosmetics sales. Our philosophy. Our philosophy is to “start from a harmless life”. To adhere to this philosophy, we are committed to carefully selecting and providing quality products that do not contain ingredients that we believe may affect or harm the health of our customers. Our goal is to serve and provide products to customers who care about ingredients and expect to improve their health. Our products. As of the last practical date, we sold over 250 products from over 40 brands. During the track record period, we were the exclusive distributor of the brands “Synergie Skin” and “Synergie Minerals” (Hong Kong, China, Macau and Taiwan); “PHiON” (Hong Kong, China and Macau, China); “Mayella” and “Secret Garden” (whose brand owner has ceased production and sales since December 2016) (Hong Kong, China). We provide our customers with a diverse portfolio of beauty and health products, enabling us to target a diverse customer base for products that focus on health and pursue transparency in ingredient formulations. Our revenue and product sales channels. We mainly sell our products in retail stores, and some products are sold through our online store at www.mimingmart.com or through consignment sales and a distributor located in Taiwan, China. As an underwriter for some suppliers, they sell products in our retail stores or online stores on a consignment basis, and we may receive a commission on the consignment based on the sales volume of the shipper's product at a predetermined percentage agreed upon by the shipper and us. As of the last practical date, we offered more than 40 consignment products through the sales channel.
