We are a well-established frozen seafood importer and wholesaler in Hong Kong, China. We have over 14 years of experience in the frozen seafood import and wholesale business. We specialize in procuring all kinds of frozen seafood products from overseas suppliers and then supplying them to frozen seafood resellers and frozen seafood operators in Hong Kong and Macau, China. Our comprehensive range of frozen seafood products includes over 80 varieties, which can be divided into seven main categories, namely (i) shrimp; (ii) scallops, oysters and northern shellfish; (iii) fish; (iv) crab and caviar; (v) octopus and cuttlefish; (vi) seafood; and (vii) other products. Through our many years of business dealings, we have established strong relationships with frozen seafood suppliers from over 10 countries including Japan, Vietnam, and China. At the last practical date, our supplier network included more than 50 suppliers, including (i) seafood fishers and exporters; (ii) frozen seafood processors and exporters; and (iii) frozen seafood exporters. As we continue to increase our product range and ensure a stable supply of products, we have added more than 10 new overseas suppliers to our procurement network and introduced more than 10 new products during the performance record period. Purchasing from frozen seafood processors and frozen seafood exporters enables us to identify and procure various frozen seafood products from different sources in a cost-effective manner, while purchasing directly from foreign seafood fishers and exporters (whose main business involves fishing seafood and is therefore the main source of frozen seafood products in the supply chain) allows us to reduce our dependence on different intermediaries in the supply chain, thereby reducing purchasing costs. Our directors believe that by procuring frozen seafood products from suppliers in multiple countries and at different levels in the supply chain, we can (among other things) (i) establish a diverse product portfolio with products covering all tastes and prices; (ii) procure frozen seafood products in a timely manner; and (iii) reduce our procurement costs and increase profit margins.
